We are committed to expanding diversity and inclusion opportunities across the veterinary professions and offering RUSVM students from a wide range of backgrounds the opportunity to follow their chosen career in veterinary medicine. The Ross Vet Articulation Partner Scholarship for Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI), is offered to students who have graduated, or are in the process of graduating, from a signed articulation agreement partner that is recognized as an HSI.

Minorities in Agriculture Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) Partner Scholarship

The Ross Vet MANRRS Partner Scholarship is offered to those who have been a MANRRS member for at least one year and meet Ross Vet’s admissions requirements.

ALUMNI LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP

The Alumni Legacy Scholarship is offered to students who have a work or volunteer history with a Ross Vet graduate. This scholarship for vet school provides qualifying students with tuition assistance to enroll in our DVM program. The Alumni Legacy Scholarship is only open to incoming first-semester veterinary students.

MCGILL-ROSS VET SCHOLARSHIP

The McGill-Ross Vet Scholarship is for students who attended McGill University for at least two full-time semesters before attending Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
 

AWARD AMOUNT
The total amount of the vet school scholarship is $2,000 per semester for the first three semesters. Lifetime cap of $6,000.

THE ELIZA ANN GRIER SCHOLARSHIP

The Eliza Ann Grier Scholarship honors the memory of Dr. Eliza Grier, the first African American licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia.

BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM VETERINARY SCHOLARS PROGRAM

Ross Vet has been awarded a grant through the Boehringer Ingelheim Veterinary Scholars Program. This program is designed for DVM students to gain an introduction to biomedical research by experiencing first-hand research processes and present their research findings to other veterinary scholars and leading researchers from academic, government and private research at the 2021 National Veterinary Scholar Symposium.

EMPOWER SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The Empower Scholarship Fund (ESF) strives to help keep education within reach by providing financial support in the form of scholarships to qualifying students. Scholarships are awarded to current students who have established a successful academic track record.
